The enclosed .pps file is loaded with a lot of wisdom and beauty. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Note: When I clicked on the following link a message came up that said “Open file using Microsoft PowerPoint”. Say “OK” and the presentation should start.
You will need to “Left Click” with your mouse to advance the presentation. That way you can soak in the message and the beauty of the picture before going on to the next slide.
I loved your power point, I have one question…where did you get the background music from?
Scott, I would like to help you with the origin of the background music. However, the powerpoint and the music were sent to me by a friend who received it from a friend.
Thank you any way! I appreciate your quick response.
I cannot hear any music. What is the background music and is there another place to hear it. I have a MacPro Word.
Thank You…the pictures are beautiful
Judy
This is such a beautiful Video and the music is out of this world.
A good Friend of mine send it to me a few days ago and I was able to download it. I dont know much about computers at all.
I dont know how I can download it to a disk, or if it even can be done.
I dont want to loose this piece of art. Its just so very beautiful and I want to thank you for posting it.
My Friend send me you website today, because when she send it to me the first time I had no link or webite at all. Maybe you can help me.
I’am German so please excuse my english.
I would be very thankful for any help you might can give me.
Thank you,
Ursula

Judy, if you use FireFox instead of Internet Explorer you will hear the beautiful music. I do not understand why this is. It just is the way the two systems work.
I use FireFox a my main browser because it seems to work so much better.
I do not have any knowledge of the MacPro, so I cannot comment on that. Let me know if you are able to hear the music using FireFox with your computer.
Thanks,
Gary
Ursula, if you are able to download the file, you should be able to copy it to a disk or any other medium. When you download the file, if you choose to “save” it then you will have it on your computer. Simply choose to save it to a CD or DVD, etc.
Gary
PS: Your English is fine, better than many people living in our country.
Can you tell me the source of the powerpoint “The Song of the Birds”? Thank you.
Kathy, I would like to help you with the origin of the background music. However, the PowerPoint and the music were sent to me by a friend who received it from a friend.
Is this music on a CD? If so I would like to find one.
Thank you
Joan, I would imagine the song is on a CD. However, currently I do not know how to locate it. I will do what I can after October 7th the get a better answer for you.
I noticed in one of the comments that one of your followrs could NOT receive the background music in the PPS. I am suffering lately with the same problem. I applied your suggestion as to try it out with Firefox. It unfortunately didn’t make any difference. For your reference, I have no problems with any video clips (WMV). I also found out that, if I would send on PPS’ with sounds to friends, they would be able to hear it. Downloading the PPS on my PC and activate it didn’t give any results either.
Hope you may have a solution for me…!!!
Hi Peter. Not sure why it is now messed up. I will look into it and send you a solution when I have it figured out.
Peter, open up http://1.blogbygary.com/archives/474 in FireFox, NOT Internet Explorer, and it should work. At least it just did for me.
Well done Gary – I have the same question ? What is the name of the music/bird song track please – I have tried to find this before without success – hope you have the answer for me.
Thanks for this nice post!

A friend sent me your ‘Song of the Birds’ and I thought it was exquisitely done. I will be sharing it with a lot of people via my newsletter. I loved the photos of the trees, along with the lovely music and written message it really touches one’s heart and spirit. Thank you. Donna Seebo, BBSRadio.com, Station One,’The Donna Seebo Show’.
Very much enjoyed the PPs ‘Value that which is yours’ (may not have exactly the right title but it was about A Farm For Sale). Have since tried in vain to get cd or other of The Song of the Birds. You indicated that you had no information but would try to get something. Anything new?
Thanks ever so much and keep on with the wonderful presentations.
Thanks Maryse. No, I have not taken the time to research the origin of Song of the Birds. I just enjoy listening to it and watching the presentation.
